  • First, fill in the fields of the booking form<\/li>\n
  • The booking form is a booking request and does not bind the customer or the owner.<\/li>\n
  • Once availability is confirmed for the desired period and 25% of your total order is deposited, your reservation is valid.<\/li>\n
  • Reservations in the apartments<\/strong> for the months of July and August<\/strong> are made for a period longer than 6 nights.<\/strong>
    Customers who wish to stay less nights are served based on availability in shorter intervals.
    For the months of May, June, September and October there is a minimum of 3 nights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Cancellation policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • In case of cancellation by the customer – if this is done 14 days before the agreed arrival, the entire amount of the deposit is returned.<\/li>\n
    • If the cancellation is made in less than 14 days from the agreed arrival the customer owes 70% of the total amount of the canceled order.<\/li>\n
    • A reservation is canceled for the entire reservation and not for a part of it.<\/li>\n
    • In the event that the customer after arriving at the villa wishes to limit the duration of his stay, he will be charged 70% of the total charge for the nights he cancels.<\/li>\n
    • In case the customer wishes to extend his stay during his stay in the villa, this will be done based on availability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
