The owner of the villa, Christos, was born and raised in the nearby town of Ormylia. He served in the Navy for 35 years. Today he is retired and lives with his wife and their three children in Thessaloniki, while he spends his summer holidays and much of the rest of his time in his villa in Psakoudia.
