The booking form constitutes a reservation request and does not create any obligation or commitment for either the guest or the owner.
Once availability has been confirmed for your desired dates and a 25% deposit of the total booking amount has been paid, your reservation will be considered confirmed.
Bookings for the apartments during July and August are accepted for stays of more than 6 nights. Guests wishing to book shorter stays will be accommodated based on availability and possible shorter booking periods. For the months of May, June, September, and October, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the guest, if the cancellation is made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will be charged 70% of the total amount of the cancelled booking.
Cancellations apply to the entire reservation and cannot be made for only part of the stay.
If, after arriving at the villa, the guest wishes to shorten the duration of their stay, they will be charged 70% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.
If the guest wishes to extend their stay during their visit, the extension will be subject to availability.
