The owner of the villa, Christos, was born and raised in the nearby town of Ormylia. He later pursued a career in the Navy, where he served for 35 years. Today, he is retired and lives in Thessaloniki with his wife and their three children. He spends his summer holidays, as well as much of his free time throughout the year, at his villa in Psakoudia, where he enjoys welcoming guests and sharing the beauty of the area with visitors.
